John. I was born in London, my first occupation was as a sheet metal fabricator in the electronics industry.  I later trained as a Draughtsman for GEC Computers, when we decided to change our occupations and venture into providing holidays.

Interests

• Microlighting  (no longer  flying but can always introduce you to a trial flight)

• My dog JaSa a liver spot Dalmatian

• Enjoy D.I.Y

• Walking in Cornwall 

We married in August 1970 and bought a house that required extensive renovation. Our main hobby during this era was to get away at weekends and enjoy many hours in our mobile home.

Shirley. I was born in a small village in Hertfordshire, which is now a very large town. Before coming to Cornwall I had always worked in an office.

• Reading

• Playing with my cat Mortimer.

• Walking, but I do not like all the steep hills.
