How did you find us

We will send our non-refundable
deposit of £100 (One Hundred Pounds) per week
50% per week for guest resident outside United Kingdom
and will forward the balance 6 (six) weeks
prior to commencement of our booking.

BOOKING TERMS

1- Bookings are confirmed by receipt of your deposit
2- Dogs are welcome under strict control. One Free then £30 each per dog, per week or part of.
3- Specified number of residents only.
4- LINEN PACKAGE Available @ £5 per bed per week or part of. Comprises - Sheet(s), pillow cases, duvet & cover or blankets. (Duvets only available as part of linen package). Towels included one hand/one bath per person, if required.
5- Cot & High Chair available if required.
6- Groceries milk can be delivered. An order form will be sent prior to arrival.
7-Tents & Camper Vans are not allowed to use the grounds.
8- We cannot be held responsible for loss of any amenity provided and no refunds will be made.
9- Bookings received from guests resident within the United Kingdom will be confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable £100 per week deposit. Bookings from guests resident outside the United Kingdom i.e Europe, America etc., will be confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable 50% of total tariff to be paid in £ Stirling. balance for both UK and non-UK guests to be paid 6 (six) weeks prior to arrival
(unless agreed otherwise). Failure to comply may result in accommodation being re-let.
10- Holiday Insurance available, please ask if you would like more details.
11- Provisional bookings will be held for 5 (five) days only.
12- In order that we can ensure the unit is prepared for your stay
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 3.30pm
13- Units should be VACATED BY 10.30am.
14- Short breaks minimum 3 days
