Via M5 - Take exit to Okehampton (A30) continue on this road, passing Launceston.
Exit at Kennards House junction towards North Cornwall & Camelford A395.

A pleasant drive through Pipers Pool and past the Wilsey Down public house will bring you to a Cross roads a white cottage on the corner ( approx 1.5 miles ), turn right. Continue to 'T' junction with A39, turn Left and almost immediately Right and onto crossroads.

Turn right onto B3266 down to Boscastle Village and your first dramatic view of the coastline
and sea. Follow road to Bottreaux Garage on left, bear left onto  B3263 towards
Tintagel. After approximately 500 yards take right turn at our sign into Green Lane.
Down lane taking care at sharp right hand bend - Westerings & Coach House is the forth property on the right hand side.
